Hey! Thank you for checking out my dolls! Here’s how things work on my site:

• This is my spare-time hobby, so I’ve got limited capacity to make and ship stuff. I’m doing my best to keep up!
• I’m 16, not a pro seller, and I’m figuring out online sales as I go. Thanks for your patience while I learn and create!
• Your order will ship via Global Express from Johannesburg, South Africa. I can’t take responsibility for items lost in transit—that’s a risk you’ll need to accept.
• Once I accept your order and payment, I can’t offer refunds, so please be sure before you buy!
• I’m not a registered business and do this for fun, not profit, so it’s all on a personal, non-profit basis.
• Please note that your home country may or may not charge you some form of import duty, it is beyond my control and for you to pay if applicable.
• Prices on my site are displayed in South African Rand, to get the approximate price in your currency, please use Google or similar.
• On the day I accept your order I will convert the amount due to US Dollars and send you a payment request via PayPal from my dad's PayPal account — Dieter Holle, iamdieter(AT)gmail.com
